**$BACK** is the governance and utility token of Silverback DEX, launched through Virtuals Protocol. It represents ownership in the Silverback ecosystem and provides access to revenue sharing from DEX operations and AI trading profits.

### Revenue Sharing

$BACK holders benefit from multiple revenue streams:

* **DEX Protocol Fees** — Portion of swap fees across all pools
* **Treasury Trading Profits** — Returns from Silverback AI agent's trading
* **x402 API Fees** — Settlement fees from paid intelligence endpoints
* **Cross-Chain Arbitrage** — Profits from multi-network opportunities

* **Zero settlement fees** — other tokens pay 0.1% to 0.25%
* **20% discount** on every endpoint
